* WHAT…Icy road conditions possible. Roads may become slippery due
to recent rains and expected light snow as temperatures fall below
freezing. Strong gusty winds of 35-40 mph are expected.

* WHERE…In Arkansas, Benton, Carroll, Madison, and Washington AR
Counties. In Oklahoma, Cherokee, Adair, Delaware, Mayes, Ottawa,
and Wagoner Counties.

* WHEN…Until 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Strong winds could
cause damage to trees and power lines.
