northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.

* WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The advisory could be upgraded to a warning
if the storm track shifts further north, resulting in higher
snowfall totals.
