* WHERE…Portions of northeast Louisiana and central, east central,
south central, southeast, and southwest Mississippi.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Very cold temperatures can
lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
