* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 4 above expected. Winds
gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Dorchester, Inland Worcester, Maryland Beaches, Somerset,
and Wicomico Counties.

* WHEN…From 2 AM to 10 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Cold temperatures and strong winds will combine to
generate low wind chills as low as 4 above zero. This will result
in frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not
taken. If you must venture outdoors…make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
