* WHAT…Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.

* WHERE…Graham, Haywood, Macon, Northern Jackson, Southern
Jackson, Swain, and Transylvania Counties.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The very gusty winds will combine with colder
temperatures to produce wind chill values of 0 to -10 late tonight
in elevations above 4000 feet.
