* WHEN…For the Wind Advisory, from 2 AM to 3 PM MST Tuesday. For
the High Wind Watch, from Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday
morning.
* IMPACTS…High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles and vehicles with trailers. Gusty winds will
blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Gusty easterly winds in excess of 45 mph will
develop late tonight, and persist through Wednesday morning. There
is a 50% chance these wind gusts exceed 60 mph late Tuesday
