* WHERE…Adams and Franklin Counties.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to midnight EST Monday Night.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snowfall rates up to 1 inch per hour are
possible between 2 AM and 8 AM Monday especially near and south of
US Route 30.
