* WHAT…Snow and isolated freezing drizzle. A glaze of ice
possible. Additional snow accumulations up to one-tenth of an
inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…In Arkansas, Benton, Carroll, Madison, and Washington AR
Counties. In Oklahoma, Adair, Delaware, and Ottawa Counties.

* WHEN…Until 10 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions.
