* WHAT…For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
29 expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 20 expected.

* WHERE…Bee, Duval, Goliad, Inland Calhoun, Inland Kleberg, Inland
Nueces, Inland Refugio, Inland San Patricio, Jim Wells, La Salle,
Live Oak, McMullen, Victoria, and Webb Counties.

* WHEN…From 3 AM to 9 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.
