* WHAT…Northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 40 to 65 mph
expected. Strongest wind gusts are expected to occur along the
northern San Diego Coast, close to the Orange/San Diego County
line.

* WHERE…San Diego County Coastal Areas.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 2 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.
