* WHAT…Strong wind-induced waves may bring shallow flooding
along the beach areas as well as coastal walkways and roads
like Crescent Avenue and Saint Catherine Way. The risk is
highest around the time of the early morning high tide.

* WHERE…Catalina and Santa Barbara Islands.

* WHEN…From 1 AM to 9 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of sea water is possible over vulnerable
low- lying coastal areas.
