– At 1235 PM AKST, Emergency management reported an ice jam on
the Anchor River near Anchor Point Road downstream of the Old
Sterling Highway. Impounding water due to the ice jam will
cause rapid river rises upstream. Minor flooding has been
observed in the low laying areas between the Old Sterling
Highway and Ann Road.
