forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Coldwater River at Marks.

* WHEN…Until early Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 39.5 feet, Flooding is occurring around Marks and in
low-lying farmland in Quitman County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 AM CST Tuesday the stage was 39.6 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:00 AM CST Tuesday was 39.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Saturday evening and continue falling to 38.8 feet Sunday
morning.
– Flood stage is 39.0 feet.
