* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 19 expected. For the Freeze Warning, a hard freeze as low as 24
expected.

* WHERE…In Alabama, Henry County. In Georgia, Calhoun, Clay,
Quitman, Randolph, and Terrell Counties.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 2 AM EST /1 AM CST/ to
9 AM EST /8 AM CST/ Wednesday. For the Freeze Warning, from 3 AM
EST /2 AM CST/ to 9 AM EST /8 AM CST/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
