Flagler, Inland St. Johns, and South Central Duval Counties.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 9 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
