High Wind Warning issued January 7 at 1:05PM CST until January 8 at 10:00AM CST by NWS Midland/Odessa TX

* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 10 below expected. For the High Wind Warning, northeast winds
40 to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE…Guadalupe and Delaware Mountains.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/
this evening to noon CST /11 AM MST/ Wednesday. For the High Wind
Warning, from 7 PM CST /6 PM MST/ this evening to 10 AM CST /9 AM
MST/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles like campers, vans, and tractor trailers. The cold wind
chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
