Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Winds will be weaker for this evening into
Thursday morning. Winds will begin to increase Thursday afternoon,
peaking in strength Thursday night into Friday morning.
