in east Albuquerque.
* WHEN…For the Wind Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to midnight
MST tonight. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight
to 8 AM MST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area
roadways. Bitter wind chills will increase the risk of frostbite
and hypothermia.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The potential exists for light snow in the
Rio Grande Valley. Blowing snow may produce lowered visibility as
