* WHAT…Northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* WHERE…Lower Washington County near north-south canyons including
the towns of Toquerville, La Verkin, Leeds, Hurricane and areas
near the Beaver Dam Mountains.

* WHEN…Until noon MST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result.
