Winter Storm Warning issued January 7 at 2:48PM AKST until January 8 at 3:00PM AKST by NWS Fairbanks AK

* WHAT…Snow, blowing snow, and mixed precipitation expected.
Light rain at times may mix in this evening which may
contribute to slick roads. Additional snow accumulations of 3 to
5 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Southern Denali Borough and Eastern Alaska Range South
of Trims Camp.

* WHEN…Until 3 PM AKST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
