* WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
7 inches possible with locally higher amounts possible over
southwest Arkansas and higher terrain regions of the Ouachitas.
Mountains.

* WHERE…Portions of central, north central, southeast, southwest,
and western Arkansas.

* WHEN…From Thursday afternoon through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
