5 inches possible with locally higher amounts across far southeast
Oklahoma.

* WHERE…In Arkansas, Crawford, Franklin, and Sebastian Counties.
In Oklahoma, Sequoyah, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,
Pittsburg, and Pushmataha Counties.

* WHEN…From Thursday afternoon through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
