* WHAT…Gusty to strong winds gusting as high as 45 mph could lead
to areas of blowing snow.

* WHERE…South Laramie Range and Foothills including the Interstate
80 Summit between Cheyenne and Laramie, Central Carbon County, and
Laramie Valley.

* WHEN…From 8 AM to 10 PM MST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility and lead
to slick road conditions. Plan on slippery road conditions. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
