* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 16 expected. For the Freeze Warning, hard freeze temperatures
as low as 23 expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast Alabama, Panhandle Florida, and
southwest Georgia.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 1 AM EST /midnight CST/
to 9 AM EST /8 AM CST/ Thursday. For the Freeze Warning, from 3 AM
EST /2 AM CST/ to 9 AM EST /8 AM CST/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
