forecast.

* WHERE…Coldwater River at Marks.

* WHEN…Until Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 39.5 feet, flooding is occurring around Marks and in
low-lying farmland in Quitman County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 6:00 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 39.5 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 6:00 PM CST Wednesday was 39.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river will continue a very slow fall over the
next few days and is forecast to drop below flood stage early
Saturday morning.
– Flood stage is 39.0 feet.
