as 25 to 30 degrees expected. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 31 expected.

* WHERE…Lake and inland Volusia counties.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 3 AM to 9 AM EST
Thursday. For the Freeze Warning, from 4 AM to 9 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
