28 expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 21 expected.

* WHERE…Coastal Levy, Inland Citrus, and Inland Levy Counties.

* WHEN…For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM EST Thursday. For
the Cold Weather Advisory, from 4 AM to 8 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with
prolonged exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops,
other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
