* WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations
between 4 and 8 inches.

* WHERE…Crawford and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities will fluctuate and may drop below 1/4 mile
in the heavier snow bands. Travel could be difficult. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and
Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Cold conditions will continue with wind chill
values in the single digits.
