* WHAT…Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts around 50 mph
expected. Bands of snow late this evening and overnight may result
in blowing snow and visibility restrictions.

* WHERE…Southern Meade Co Plains, Sturgis/Piedmont Foothills, and
Pennington Co Plains.

* WHEN…From 11 PM this evening to 2 PM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Sudden wind gusts can cause drivers to lose control,
especially in lightweight or high profile vehicles. Blowing snow
can result in significant visibility restrictions at times.

Rain/snow showers returned to the Yukon Delta Sunday afternoon as the next system arrived. Showers will stretch north to St. Lawrence Island by Monday morning and to the southern Seward Peninsula by noon Monday. Showers are expected to be a messy rain/snow mix, especially in the Yukon Delta and lower Yukon Valley where the mix will be more rain than snow. Neosho River near Parsons affecting Neosho and Labette Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River near Parsons. * WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flood waters spread over fields to a distance of 1 and one fourth miles. Several county roads, mainly along the left bank are inundated. Several residents which live along the right bank in the vicinity of Highway 400 may experience water entering their homes at basement levels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 AM CDT Monday
