inches with locally higher amounts. Winds gusting as high as 40
mph, with some blowing snow.

* WHERE…In South Dakota, Northern Black Hills. In Wyoming, Wyoming
Black Hills.

* WHEN…From 8 PM this evening to 11 AM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions and significantly
reduced visibilities at times in snow and blowing snow. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.
