* IMPACTS…At 15.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 6:15 PM CST Thursday the stage was 10.0 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow morning to a crest of 15.8 feet early Saturday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday
afternoon.
– Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
