High Wind Watch issued January 9 at 11:52AM AKST until January 13 at 3:00AM AKST by NWS Fairbanks AK

* WHAT…For the Wind Advisory, south winds 25 to 35 mph with
gusts up to 60 mph expected. For the High Wind Watch, south
winds 40 to 60 mph with gusts up to 80 mph possible.

* WHERE…Eastern Alaska Range North of Trims Camp and Northern
Denali Borough.

* WHEN…For the Wind Advisory, from 3 AM Saturday to 3 AM AKST
Sunday. For the High Wind Watch, from late Saturday night
through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS…High winds may move loose debris, damage property
and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strong wind gusts up to 60 mph are
expected on Saturday morning before increasing to 80 mph
overnight Saturday.
