* WHAT…For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt
with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 3 to 5 ft expected. For the Gale
Watch, southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and
seas 4 to 7 ft possible.

* WHERE…South Santee River to Edisto Beach out 20 NM.

* WHEN…For the Small Craft Advisory, from 9 PM Friday to 1 AM
EST Saturday. For the Gale Watch, from late Friday night
through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
