Light snow is expected across northern Illinois and northwest
Indiana late tonight into Friday, mainly east of a Woodstock-to-
Amboy line. Snow is expected to affect the Friday morning commute
and with temperatures below freezing, untreated roads will likely
be snow covered.
Total accumulations around an inch or two are expected across
much of the Chicago metro area, with upwards of three inches
possible south of I-80. Expect slick travel and reduced
visibilities during the day tomorrow, especially during the
morning, and allow for extra travel time.
