* WHAT…Snow and mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations
up to one inch in the mountains. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast New Mexico and southwest and western
Texas.

* WHEN…Until 5 AM MST /6 AM CST/ Friday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
evening commute.
