Counties.

* WHEN…From 8 AM Friday to 4 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday
evening commute.
