expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
waterways (2.9 to 4.9 feet Mean Lower Low Water).

* WHERE…Dukes MA and Nantucket MA Counties.

* WHEN…Until noon EST today.

* IMPACTS…Some water on low lying roads and property.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Minor/nuisance flooding in those areas
that typical flood during these minor events.
