feet. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Kamiah, Winchester, Soldiers Meadow Road, Craigmont,
and Nezperce.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on winter driving conditions. Local areas of
drifting snow.
