Winds gusting as high as 45 mph, with ridgeline winds in excess of
60 mph possible.

* WHERE…Central Mountains.

* WHEN…From 2 AM to 5 PM MST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities may be significantly reduced due to falling
and blowing snow. Winter driving conditions are expected.
