* WHAT…Snow, blowing snow, and mixed precipitation expected.
Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high
as 45 mph. Periods of light rain will mix in at times as well,
creating slick travel conditions.

* WHERE…Yukon Delta Coast and Lower Yukon River.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 9 AM AKST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
