Temperatures today did allow for some melting of the snow and
ice. The snow and ice that did melt created some runoff that will
freeze quickly freeze this evening. Otherwise, the lingering snow
and ice will become very slick and solidify. The refreezing will
occur quickly as temperatures fall below 32 and into the 20s
between 500 PM and 700 PM. Be extra cautious especially when
walking or driving on sidewalks, parking lots, bridges and
overpasses tonight through Sunday morning.
