* WHAT…Temperatures as low as 32 will result in frost formation.
Colder temperatures may be observed in the higher elevations and
for areas bordering the San Luis Obispo County line.

* WHERE…East Bay Hills, East Bay Valleys, southern portions of the
Santa Clara Valley, Eastern Santa Clara Hills, and the Interior
Central Coast.

* WHEN…From 1 AM to 9 AM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Cold conditions will be hazardous to sensitive
populations such as unhoused individuals. Cold conditions can lead
to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
