accumulations will focus on the Tug Hill region of southern
Jefferson, northern Oswego, and western Lewis counties.
* WHEN…From 4 PM Monday to 1 PM EST Wednesday. The heaviest snow
and greatest impact to travel is expected to be late Monday night
through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult with very poor visibility
and deep snow cover on roads. The hazardous conditions will impact
the Monday evening and Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
