Special Weather Statement issued January 12 at 8:55PM CST by NWS Green Bay WI

Snow showers, flurries and the arrival of much colder air will
lead to any untreated roads, bridges, and sidewalks to freeze and
become slippery. Motorists are urged to drive with caution as
roads that appear wet may be slippery.

Temperatures will fall into the single digits below zero across
central and northern WI and single digits above zero in east-
central and northeast WI later tonight. As northwest winds
increase with gusts of 20 to 30 mph, wind chills will fall to 10
below to 25 below Monday morning. Frostbite can begin in as
little as 30 minutes with wind chills this cold.
