* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 22 below expected.

* WHERE…Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN…From 1 AM Tuesday to 1 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Prolonged exposure to
very cold temperatures and wind chill values can lead to
hypothermia.
