* WHAT…Very cold wind chills between 10 and 20 degrees below zero
expected.

* WHERE…In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher
Elevations of Westmoreland, and Higher Elevations of Indiana
Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker
Counties.

* WHEN…From 1 AM Tuesday to 10 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill
values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
