* WHAT…East winds 20 to 25 kt and seas 7 to 11 feet.

* WHERE…Pohnpei, Kosrae, and Majuro Coastal Waters.

* WHEN…Until 3 PM ChST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Conditions will be hazardous for small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Winds may subside below 22 kt at times,
but overall wind conditions and elevated easterly swell will keep
seas around 10 feet through at least Friday. Also, seas will be
choppy at some locations while long-period north swell continues
across the region.
