inches.

* WHERE…Portions of northern New York and northern Vermont.

* WHEN…From 4 PM Tuesday to 4 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The snow will be elevation dependent, with
some lower totals in the valleys and higher totals in the higher
terrain.
