Webster, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas, and Southeast
Raleigh Counties.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
