Lake Effect Snow Warning issued January 14 at 6:58PM EST until January 16 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Buffalo NY

* WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations 6 to
12 inches in the most persistent lake snows.

* WHERE…Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie
Counties. The greatest additional accumulations will be across the
Boston Hills, ridges of western Wyoming County, and the Chautauqua
Ridge.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult with very poor visibility
and deep snow cover on roads. The hazardous conditions will impact
the Tuesday evening commute.
